Confirmed minutes of the meeting held on Monday 3 rd March 2008

Matters Arising:
Highways - The salt bins at The Crews pitch need to be replaced with similar yellow bins that are in the lane by the Church. The Clerk to chase up Herefordshire Council. Drainage at The Crews needs clearing. The problem continues with potholes throughout the Parish and some are now dangerously deep.
Lengthsman - Fly tipping - tyres have been left in the ditch near Felhampton and also near to Church End Barn. The lengthman to be contacted to remove these. The stones at the Enhancement area have again been moved from an unknown vehicle hitting them.
Little Puckmore Farm - The Clerk reported that she has spoken to Enforcement and she was advised that Miss Rigby's agents will be issuing the plans by 3 rd March and that the planning application for the new dwelling will be received by the 7 th March. Enforcement have advised Miss Rigby that a further application will be required for the animal stock she has in the outbuildings.
Polytunnels at Probyns Pitch - The Clerk was requested to contact Enforcement regarding the unslightly mess including the thistles which are growing in the tunnels.
Planning - High Acres Perrystone Hill - sub division of existing dwelling to form two with associated alterations. Comment: no objections, subject to the opinion of Yatton Parich Council.
Planning Permission - Tan House Stables - single storey extension.
Additional Item - Log Cabin at the fishing lakes at Phocle Green - This has planning permission as a holiday let. It is believed that this is now being let as a long term let. The Clerk to contact the Enforcement and advise accordingly.
