New style July 2021
A big thank you to footpaths officer, Andy Parr and Parish Council chairman, Keith Cornwall for putting in this new style on the footpath that runs between Manor House Road and the B4221 near Hill Top.
Repairs to UB 11 April 2021
The wooden & earth steps between two stiles on the much used footpath UB11 running from Bromsash/ Felhampton towards Hartleton water and Drummonds Dub had rotted and collapsed so at the weekend the Footpaths Officer replaced the steps with the support of the landowner.

Many thanks to the land owner for installing a new stile on footpath UB16, Tanhouse towards Upton Court.
A new post & finger sign has been installed replacing the rotted wooden post at the start of footpath UB11 towards Linton & UB13 towards Upton Crews.
The report provides a baseline description of the condition of the footpaths in the parish of Upton Bishop, thereby allowing a maintenance plan to be drawn up and implemented taking into account the priorities, safety, resources and funding. Only Public Rights of Way (PROW), as defined in the Herefordshire Council (HC), are included in the report.
Volunteers needed to help with the footpaths
Would you be interested in assisting the Footpaths Officer in maintaining the Parish footpaths ? Volunteers are needed to help carry out minor maintenance, for example clearing vegetation from around stiles, gates and signposts across the parish.
